"Not commonly encountered an excellent and friendly service. Bill, one of the sales people and an owner, is exceptionally coherent and geared to help and please a customer. I have ordered a refrigerator. The price was about 25-30% below Sears, buy.com etc. Telephone calls and delivery were precisely on time. The installation was done neatly with a smile and without any hidden surprise surcharges. I highly recommend the store and the service. I will use them again for all my home needs. This was by far my worst customer experience ever! Purchased a fridge over a month ago and still have not seen it. Apparently, they don't deliver appliances INTO my home where I live, even though they charged me for it and itemized an "in-home" delivery on my invoice. They did, however offer to leave it outside or in my garage...How do they expect ordinary people to carry in and unpack a 400lb appliance on their own?
After hours of calling various "third party" carriers to try to track down and arrange to have the appliance delivered INTO my home, I've given up and am having it sent back. Many times, All Home did not even know where the fridge was and said they needed to contact their broker for more information regarding its where-abouts.
The price looked great on the website, but clearly this was a scam. After speaking with Bill, Ben, and Andy on the phone multiple times, I wouldn't even trust that the appliances they sell are legit. Why else would the price be hundreds of dollars lower than other companies?
Needless to say, I do not trust this company and would not recommend it to anyone. I guess I'll end up shopping at a Big Box store after all.

"I occasionally write reviews if I feel a product or business is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. I am very happy to say that my experience with All Home was among the best I've had with any business. My wife and I purchased our Florida home back in April, and made due with the aging appliances it came with. When it came time to replace them we explored several stores, both online and locally before we found All Home. They were one of very few places that carried every model we were looking for... refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer, and dryer. Bill quoted us a great price, and we decided to take the risk of ordering online. Everything was in stock, and less than a week later everything arrived in one shipment. Unfortunately, our refrigerator arrived with a broken water line. Bill had a technician out the next morning, and everything is working great. We couldn't be happier with the products and services that All Home provided. We highly recommend them!"
"Freezer delivered was dented on three sides.
When delivery guy wheeled the box into our garage he very quickly handed me the paperwork and asked me to sign..before he had even finished rolling it into place. He clearly wanted me to sign before looking over the freezer.
However, I told him I wanted to look at it first. I took out box cutters and removed the box.
The freezer was dented on three sides.
As soon as I pointed out the dents to the delivery guy he said,... "Oh, they'll offer you a discount to take it that way. It won't hurt the functioning of the freezer. What do you want to do?"
The dents were not major, the same kind of dents you would see at a Sears discount center where they sell the scratch and dent stuff. I don't think the unit was new.
He said, he could take it back (and I could wait another 7 days to get a new unit) or he could have the store call and they would offer me a discount.
They offered a 10% discount, which in my case amounted to about $50. Quite frankly, I was on the fence, but we needed a freezer and it was going to be in my garage, so I took the discount.
I had the sense that this was a regular occurrence...I then asked driver how often this happened and he said, "Oh, not that often, maybe one in a million..." and yet he was super quick to let me know they would offer me a discount if I decided to keep it....hmmmmm...what do you think?
I'd say, if you are looking for a brand new unit then don't go with these guys. If you are looking for a good deal and don't care if it's scratch and dent, then you might get a deal at this place.
The refund was promptly processed.
For us, between the low price, the rebate ($50), and the dent discount ($50) we were able to get this freezer for about $217 less than what we would have paid at Lowes for the same model freezer (and 50% off what we would have paid at Sears).

"I was in the market for a new washer and dryer. After competitively searching the big box stores, which had what I was looking for, I noticed there was little if any savings over the retail price. I decided to broaden my search online and came across All home Appliances and Electronics. One quick look at the website and I couldn't believe the washer and dryer I was looking for was right there at a significantly lower price. I immediately emailed the company to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I received a prompt call from Ben at All Home assuring me that the price was correct. After chatting with the very knowledgeable Ben for a few mins I decided to make the purchase. Within two days, I had my new washer and dryer, old units removed, for a price significantly less than the larger retailers including the extended warranty. What more can I say? "I saw an ad for AllHome in the Clipper Magazine. I called up asking about the new Samsung LED 8000 TV's, and while they were not in stock, I was called a day later when they came in. The store was a little hard to find, it's tucked away on Garden Street, but I had to turn onto Cottage Place to get into the parking lot.
The staff were very helpful and I got the TV at a great price! I'll be coming back to AllHome for sure. "
