I had an old Friedrich A/C that crapped out. Three other retailers told me there would be no problem using the existing sleeve. I got three differnet opinions on how to go about replacing the old unit. Finally, after being left totally confused and not wanting to spend $1,200 on a unit that won't fit, I contacted "At Home Appliances". They weren't sure either, so what did they do? They came over to my house, took measurements, and gave me OPTIONS. eedless to say, I bought the A/C from them (they were also $150 cheeper, though that was not the deciding factor) and will be buying another smaller A/C and a dishwasher. Great bunch of guys- the way businesses used to conduct themsleves in the good old days."

The metal attachment on top of the stove ("chimney" or "backsplash") had a small dent, so I contacted All Home and received a prompt and satisfying response. In less than 2 weeks, a new part was shipped to me from the manufacturer, at no charge, and now the range looks great. Definitely a first rate organization to buy from."

"Our old refrigerator gave up the ghost over the weekend and I placed an order on Sunday night. Received a prompt response the next day telling me that they would schedule delivery for Thursday. Customer service was always friendly and quick to reply. I paid for white glove delivery (at a lower cost than standard delivery at most places) and that's exactly what I got. The delivery men were extremely courteous and professional, even when they had to unpack the refrigerator and remove its doors to carry it up one flight of steps to the kitchen. Five star service at an unbeatable price."

"After shopping the big box stores for a Whirlpool Duet washer, I searched online. All Home Appliances and Electronics had the best price, delivery, service, everything. I was hesitant to just place an online order, so I called the store directly and spoke with Ben. Fabulous service. For a nominal fee, my old washer was taken away. The delivery service used by All Home seems to be an independent company. They were fantastic too. Notably, my son broke his leg right at the very moment the delivery truck pulled up to my home with the washer. I sent the driver away after explaining that I had to go to the ER. The delivery service was extraordinarily gracious and rescheduled delivery at my convenience. Sales and Delivery are top rate. I don't believe you'll find better at the big box places or other online dealers. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to order anything from All Home Appliances & Electronics!! "
"Absolutely excellent,reliable merchant.
Ordered an LG drier from them. The cost the lowest, no sales tax (I live in CT). Ordering was very quick, with a knowledgeable person from the store. Placed the order Monday morning and had the delivery Thursday. Although they did not advertise it, they had pickup of the old appliance available (has to ask the sales person) - very reasonable, they said $10 in NY, $30 in CT (depends on trucking company they use).
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

"I didn't find many reviews about this vendor on line. I don't believe in giving 5 stars normally but this vendor is the exception. My experience with them was excellent. Quick to fill the order. Unusually quick to ship. And I'm not sure if we were just lucky or not but amazingly fast shipping arrival. Great job. The way that online shopping should be. There were no calls trying to sell warranties I did not order. They didn't delay processing the shipment as it seems many vendors do unless you choose the higher priced premium shipping. "After researching prices, shipping costs and noting reviews we decided to go with All Home for the purchase of your Whirpool gas range. The ordering was simple and clear, which was followed up within minutes by a call from the company. They confirmed my order and set up a date for delivery. Very simple, very quick. Very efficient. Within 2 days I had a confirmation time for delivery..the next day.... only a 3 hour window not the usual whole day waiting around just to be their last customer ( it always seems that way) But not with All Home. They gave me a 9:30- to 12:30 window and arrived at 9:45. I loved it. They measured the doorways to make sure it would fit easily, which it did. They removed it from the box so I didn't have to throw it in the trash. They brought it in, covered my floors so it wouldn't scratch the hard wood and then proceeded to offer to install it even though I hadn't paid for that service. We were going to take care of that ourselves, anyway. As it turns out the gas shut off was downstairs and they aren't permitted to follow thru on that.( safety issues) No problem as far as I was concerned. Just to know they cared to help me out, keep my home clean and keep it safe. The company makes the review, purchase, schedule of delivery and the delivery itself so amazingly easy, consumer friendly and thorough and efficient. It just blows you away at how they have it all together as a company. We need more companies like this one. Feel confident ordering from them. Some people worry about ordering online. To them, we say, no worries here. They have a B & M business but offer one hell of a service to those who can't make it to NY for their items. The Whirlpool range... it's perfect.
