Dont buy from this people. They ****

"we brought commercial coffee machine from them. machine was defective on arrival. When called they said to send machine back and will send us replacement. they would not give us credit because they said we send defective machine back to them. In fact they still have out machine with them after four months. Don't buy ever from this people and hope they go out of !!!!!!!!! "

"Placed order than cancell for better product. They would not cancel my order are refund my order my first order told me it was shipped in 5 minutes now they say it in it some ware house . The Worst Customer Service I have Ever Encountered

"I am writing this review in hopes that I can save someone else from the nightmare of having to deal with this company. I ordered two file cabinets. They came in two separate boxes and showed up quickly. However, once I opened the packages it was clear no care had been taken to protect my purchase. The cabinets appeared as though they were dropped out of the back of a truck leaving the sheet metal crinkled. I reported the issue and just asked for a simple exchange since I still wanted the product. I was told to just return them and order new ones. So I start the return process which seemed like it would be easy at first. The next day I was emailed a shipping label. This is when things went downhill. The shipping label was only listed for box 1 of 1. When I asked for a second shipping label I was told I was wrong and that I should print the label and stick it to both packages. Low and behold when I show up to UPS they tell me the label is only good for one of the two items. So I send one out and request a second label. After multiple emails with no response I start calling the company. Each time I was told there was a mistake and that a new label would be sent within 24-48hrs. It never came so I had to call back over a half dozen times with the same result every time. I finally said I wouldn’t get off the phone until I could speak with a manager. Suddenly they were magically able to send me a shipping label within the next 5 minutes. I then drug the second box back to UPS with the new label. Mind you these weighed 84 lbs and were a pain to continue to have to lug around. I get delivery confirmation for box two and two days later get a refund. They only refunded me for one of the two cabinets! I then had to call over a dozen more times and draft an email with a complete timeline of events and still have yet to receive my refund. I will now be trying to report the charge through my credit card company and report through the better business bureau. The only way I can describe shoplet as a company is totally unorganized, disinterested in helping their customers, and flat out incompetent.
Save yourself and order elsewhere!

They don't delivery after holding my credit card

"They don't delivery, cancel the order after holding my credit card for 3 weeks without release.
They said the items are out of stock indefinitely. However, I received the same items within couples days from other vendor.
They made me missed the BlackFriday Sales.
Call them, not respond
Email them, no respond.
I have to call my credit card company.

"I'm not one to write reviews, but if you are ordering anything other than paper - STAY AWAY! I just received a very expensive HON desk completely broken and I mean completely. Instead of taking it back, they first offered 20% off, "I don't want a broken desk", then they came back a day later and said 50% off "it's trash, just come and get it"
What's up Shoplet, I sent pictures and a video from the delivery person whom wouldn't let me refuse shipment, or should I saw that he refused to leave it on his truck.

Horrible Customer Service

"Horrible customer service. Save yourself the grief of dealing with such an awful company. I placed an order for two toner cartridges, both arrived damaged with toner dust covering the inside of the packages. I contacted Shoplet and received an RMA number. Since they drop ship from the distributor, they instructed me to return the toner cartridges to their distributor's warehouse at my own expense. Upon receipt of the cartridges and a copy of the shipping receipt, they said they would refund me in full for the toners and reimburse me the shipping cost. As I suspected, they refunded only the cost of the toner cartridges and stopped responding once I sent the shipping receipt for $48.56. I have sent six emails to customer service since, all with no response. My order number was ***-***-**** and my RMA number was 4966850. Shoplet has a ticket number open for this issue as number 69667. After the six forwarded email attempts, I finally resorted to using their online chat. After providing a detailed explanation of the issue in the chat, the agent replies with "I'm sorry that you received a defective toner, and as per record you have been credited back last 06/15/2021 so no need to return the item back". Absolutely a robotic response from someone who isn't even reading the detailed information I've provided."

just the worst

"dont spend a dime with these people . they sent the wrong items 135$ WORTH and after 10 emails 1/2 dozen phone calls ,hours spent they finally ok a return but at my expense. They would never send me a return label. My credit card company said they would reverse the charges and for me to throw away the items. No customer service at all. "
