"I am writing this review in hopes that I can save someone else from the nightmare of having to deal with this company. I ordered two file cabinets. They came in two separate boxes and showed up quickly. However, once I opened the packages it was clear no care had been taken to protect my purchase. The cabinets appeared as though they were dropped out of the back of a truck leaving the sheet metal crinkled. I reported the issue and just asked for a simple exchange since I still wanted the product. I was told to just return them and order new ones. So I start the return process which seemed like it would be easy at first. The next day I was emailed a shipping label. This is when things went downhill. The shipping label was only listed for box 1 of 1. When I asked for a second shipping label I was told I was wrong and that I should print the label and stick it to both packages. Low and behold when I show up to UPS they tell me the label is only good for one of the two items. So I send one out and request a second label. After multiple emails with no response I start calling the company. Each time I was told there was a mistake and that a new label would be sent within 24-48hrs. It never came so I had to call back over a half dozen times with the same result every time. I finally said I wouldn’t get off the phone until I could speak with a manager. Suddenly they were magically able to send me a shipping label within the next 5 minutes. I then drug the second box back to UPS with the new label. Mind you these weighed 84 lbs and were a pain to continue to have to lug around. I get delivery confirmation for box two and two days later get a refund. They only refunded me for one of the two cabinets! I then had to call over a dozen more times and draft an email with a complete timeline of events and still have yet to receive my refund. I will now be trying to report the charge through my credit card company and report through the better business bureau. The only way I can describe shoplet as a company is totally unorganized, disinterested in helping their customers, and flat out incompetent.

Instead of taking it back, they first offered 20% off, "I don't want a broken desk", then they came back a day later and said 50% off "it's trash, just come and get it"

"dont spend a dime with these people . they sent the wrong items 135$ WORTH and after 10 emails 1/2 dozen phone calls ,hours spent they finally ok a return but at my expense. They would never send me a return label. My credit card company said they would reverse the charges and for me to throw away the items. No customer service at all. "
"These people are terrible and are completely fraudulent! Stay away from them and do not believe any of their emails! For me it all started with an email that said an item was back in stock and shipping immediately. I clicked on it and was on their site within 2 minutes of getting the email. The item said on the Site In Stock.
I placed my order and within a couple of hours I get an email saying the item I ordered is now on an extended backorder. So I am not happy but I decide to wait a bit and see what happens. In just over a week I start to get these Lame emails from various people who state they Have Great News and that while my item is still out of stock, they have a similar (mind you, a non brand name vs the name brand I ordered) in stock and they would like to go ahead and fill my order with this non brand item. I tell them NO, I am not interested and I continue to wait.
Another week goes by and I get 2 more emails saying the same exact thing and I finally decide this is complete BS and I send them an email to cancel my order, in full. I get a confirmation email stating my order was cancel. At this point you would think I am done with them, but I am not. Almost a week later a box shows up with the items I told them to cancel and received a confirmation email that they did cancel! I immediately contact them and I get another mountain of BS from them saying they only canceled 1 item, not the whole order. What? I ask why would you do that and provide them a copy of my email stating to cancel the order, nothing about cancel just 1 item! They say they are sorry but will have to contact their warehouse and I will have to wait to hear back. In the meantime they will process a refund for 1 of the items.
I am still chatting with them when I get a email notice for $3.82 from them. I question why am I getting a credit for $3.82 for an item that I was charged $9.18 for? They respond they had to take the coupon I used for $5.50 plus tax off the 1 item that they refunded. I asked them how on earth can they think that is fair and reasonable when the coupon was used on the entire order, not 1 piece, which on top of everything else is ALL THEIR FAULT to begin with. There poorly trained customer service responds with a "well, that is just how we do it"... And on top of it, they try to say my email to cancel was sent to them after they already shipped my order, but then I show them my email (with header) showing when it was sent and then a trace of their package which shows Fed X picked the package up 2 full days from them AFTER my email was sent, so they were caught in an outright lie which when pressed why would they say something which is so easily proven to be a lie, they did not want to answer and wanted to keep telling me to please wait while they contact their warehouse and that someone will "get back to me" at some point with a resolution..
Yeah right, after all this nonsense, I won't hold my breath and will just contact my credit card company and file a chargeback.
I am leaving this review here in hopes of saving anyone else from having to go through what I am with this outright fraudulent company."
