"These people are terrible and are completely fraudulent! Stay away from them and do not believe any of their emails! For me it all started with an email that said an item was back in stock and shipping immediately. I clicked on it and was on their site within 2 minutes of getting the email. The item said on the Site In Stock.
I placed my order and within a couple of hours I get an email saying the item I ordered is now on an extended backorder. So I am not happy but I decide to wait a bit and see what happens. In just over a week I start to get these Lame emails from various people who state they Have Great News and that while my item is still out of stock, they have a similar (mind you, a non brand name vs the name brand I ordered) in stock and they would like to go ahead and fill my order with this non brand item. I tell them NO, I am not interested and I continue to wait.
Another week goes by and I get 2 more emails saying the same exact thing and I finally decide this is complete BS and I send them an email to cancel my order, in full. I get a confirmation email stating my order was cancel. At this point you would think I am done with them, but I am not. Almost a week later a box shows up with the items I told them to cancel and received a confirmation email that they did cancel! I immediately contact them and I get another mountain of BS from them saying they only canceled 1 item, not the whole order. What? I ask why would you do that and provide them a copy of my email stating to cancel the order, nothing about cancel just 1 item! They say they are sorry but will have to contact their warehouse and I will have to wait to hear back. In the meantime they will process a refund for 1 of the items.
I am still chatting with them when I get a email notice for $3.82 from them. I question why am I getting a credit for $3.82 for an item that I was charged $9.18 for? They respond they had to take the coupon I used for $5.50 plus tax off the 1 item that they refunded. I asked them how on earth can they think that is fair and reasonable when the coupon was used on the entire order, not 1 piece, which on top of everything else is ALL THEIR FAULT to begin with. There poorly trained customer service responds with a "well, that is just how we do it"... And on top of it, they try to say my email to cancel was sent to them after they already shipped my order, but then I show them my email (with header) showing when it was sent and then a trace of their package which shows Fed X picked the package up 2 full days from them AFTER my email was sent, so they were caught in an outright lie which when pressed why would they say something which is so easily proven to be a lie, they did not want to answer and wanted to keep telling me to please wait while they contact their warehouse and that someone will "get back to me" at some point with a resolution..
Yeah right, after all this nonsense, I won't hold my breath and will just contact my credit card company and file a chargeback.
I am leaving this review here in hopes of saving anyone else from having to go through what I am with this outright fraudulent company."
"I was going on Amazon to order some white transfer papers for making a big shirt order and a popup from Shoplet came up for the same items for $5 cheaper so I was like cool I never heard of them but as long as they arrive when I need them to complete this order than ill give it a chance, so I did. I ordered 5 packs of white heat transfer paper (18 sheets each.) But what I received was 5 packs of black transfers (5 sheets each). So I called the customer service and I told them the issue so Jerome asked for proof so I sent it and he said cool. So I then told him because this is a screw up on you guys can I still use these to complete my order and you guys send the right ones and he said yea it shouldn't be a problem and that was Friday. Today I called them and he said even through they screwed up a first time customers time sensitive order they still required a return of the wrong items despite what I was told Friday by a different guy I forgot his name. I then asked to speak to the manager he then told me he can't transfer me because of Covid, it's like ever since Covid these businesses are getting lazy with excuses, but that's another topic. They never apologized for this mishap so they obviously don't value the customer's satisfaction, as long as the money transaction goes through then they are good. Please don't use this unprofessional company, I should've spent that extra money with Amazon because they wont screw up and if they did they wouldn't hesitate to make it right for the customer, especially if they are the ones that screw up because they actually value us as people and not just dollar signs. If you are looking for dependant service then I would definitely never consider Shoplet.com. Customer service is the key to longivety and it's sad that companies like these will never understand that."

"Their lack of communication is the worst I have ever experienced with an online retailer. The first time I tried ordering from them my credit card company flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent. I got a text and email from my credit card company within a minute of the transaction. I immediately cleared it. I saw no email or text from Shoplet saying my order didn't go thru. But I did get a confirmation email that my order was placed. The next day I decided to check the order to make sure it went thru. It did not. The status was denied. OK. But I didn't get an email from them letting me know my order did not go thru. They have a button to repeat the order. So I tried that. Well, one of the items was no longer in stock. OK. But there was no way to edit the order to find a replacement. You either accepted as is, or start over. I started over. I found a replacement item and placed the order. No issues from my credit card company this time and again I got a confirmation my order was placed. A few days later I'm wondering about my order. I didn't receive an email about a tracking number or anything. So I decide to go to their website to check on the order status. That's when I find out my order was canceled. No explanation or anything. I did not receive an email telling me this. Nothing. If I tried repeating the order, I see all the items are out of stock. Is that why my order was canceled? Because you didn't have what you sold me? Every online retailer will tell you if they are out of stock on something or even tell you how many are left. I have never had an order canceled because they were out of stock. Why? Because every other online retailer won't let you place an order for something they don't have. I will never order from them again. Wake up Shoplet, in case you didn't notice, there are a few other options."
"I ordered a hand sanitizer on 2/29/2020, and got an email said my payment is complete on 3/1/2020. But today (3/2/2020) I got an email said my order was cancelled. So I have to call them, they insisted on that my order was cancelled from my side at first, so I asked when did we cancel this order, they said immediately after I made this order on 2/29/2020, so I asked them why I didn't call them on 3/1/2020 after got an confirmation of payment completed, then call them today for the cancellation. "False advertising, poorly-functioning website, and missing items all led me to contact customer service, where an already bad experience took a nose dive. Customer service is horrible. No replies to two e-mails. No resolution and no follow-up (as had been promised) following a phone call to customer service. Nothing but poor attitude and poor training from multiple so-called customer service representatives. I'll never order from here again, even if it costs slightly more to shop elsewhere."
