"After receiving an e-mail regarding weekly specials I placed an order on line. Within a few days I received my order. However, one of the items was not the requested wine. I decided to keep the mistaken item but I still wanted the original bottle. I called the store number and after speaking to an online representative, my order was corrected and I am anticipating the arrival of the original wine. The store was kind enough not to charge me for the additional shipping; only the cost of the wine.
