"I ordered Windows 7 and never received the product activation key by mail. I've emailed repeatedly and they said they'd email the key "tomorrow". Tomorrow never came. Been 6 weeks and still no product activation key. I think they are selling pirated copies of Windows. I would not recommend them nor buy from them again. "

"Extremely poor experience! Ordered a pair of Windows 7 Pro COA/Key combos. Never received either the product keys or the COAs, DESPITE the fact my Visa was dinged for the full purchase amount ($110!)
I made four attempts to contact SideMicro about this: Three were via phone, and ended up in voicemail every time. One was by E-mail.
None of these attempts raised the slightest response.
I can only conclude SideMicro is no longer a legitimate seller. I have filed a Visa charge dispute with my card issuer accordingly, and I will be watching the account for any suspicious activity.
I strongly recommend avoiding Sidemicro!

"I got Window & Professional and for the first time, I got a download version and saved $10. The download is almost immediate once your payment is received. The activation code comes within 24 hours, but mine was just over night. Everything was done via email. I love it, I burn the download and follow the directions they sent in email, but I downloaded them also and saved them on the disk also.
Really great place to shop, quick and you cannot beat the prices even if you get conventional disc programs, but they have a lot more than software, laptops and more.
