The customer service representative said she would have the purchase confirmed and the keys sent soon as the office staff arrived since they just opened for the day, and she was the first in the office. Found Windows 7 on Sidemicro.com for an amazing price, downloaded, burned a DVD and installed without issues. The activation key was emailed shortly after. Very good experience!"
