At first, I was a bit concerned about the order considering there was multiple website names for them (photo4less.com/sigma4less.com) and the various reviews that I got. Let me diffuse a couple of rumors-- they do NOT sell only grey market items. I purchased a Tokina 11-16 that had USA warranty on it. It came in the actual box and it looked great. I have purchased camera equipment from B&H Photo and Adorama (both well respected communities) and my experience with Photo4less.com has been just as pleasant. I had missed a detail on my shipping/billing information and I was contacted by Mary from customer service very quickly and my issue was resolved and my account updated before I could even get out an email thanking her for notifying and helping me! I was contacted again the next day by Mary again to inform me that the manufacturer of my product (a camera flash) had discontinued my product and they offered to upgrade my camera flash for free and expedited my shipping to try to get my purchases to me quicker, as I am deployed to Iraq and mail takes a long time to get here.
