"I just received my order from photo4less (olympus pen e-p1) and i'm very happy with it. They did have to confirm my credit card (they do this for int'l credit cards) by either faxing or emailing the back and front of your card to them (they allow you to block the middle 8 numbers of your card for security purposes). I actually liked this kind of process since it makes it less likely that your card can be used by someone else.

My order also came in with an int'l one year warranty from olympus so i don't see any signs that my item is a gray market item.

Also, for those complaining that the "free shipping" promo for specific products is not working, don't check out via google check out. I checked out through their site and i got the free shipping. My item arrived in 3 working days after shipping. Its brand new just as they advertised.

Customer service was great (someone named Mary assisted me with my order so thanks to her). I didn't receive any form of bait and switch tactics from her.

Overall, dealing with photo4less is a whole lot better than what i expected (considering the reviews I've read here).
