"The first print was wrong, so it was reprinted. The second print was also wrong (exactly the same as the first). I thought, fine; I'll use it. I got a phone call asking how my experience was. I told them the second print was wrong, too. She said to take a photo of it; I said it would be the exact same photo I already sent in. There was a pause; she said something like, "Ok.. is there anything else I can help you with?" ... Uhm, right - don't ask how my experience was if you really don't want to know the answer. Not thrilled. "

"i'm a customer. i don't care about the fact that they cannot print in a facility, it's their problem. Also they didn't tell me about this problem. I ordered a RUSH print in NJ which was supposed to be done in 1-2 days, and I want that print. they can print in Texas, California or NJ, I don't care. But I want my prints ready in NJ for the day specified. In my opinion, if the product is not ready on the supposed date, I should get refund for RUSH.

I ordered RUSH printing and I was told it would be printed on next day. As I was in urgent situation and save some money, I decided to pay RUSH printing and pick up product by myself.

But then, after I paid, I got email saying that they cannot print this in NJ but they need to print in Dallas and they will ship to NJ store. And told me that they will call me when it arrives to NJ.

I sent email once, called 2 times, had online chat one time to talk about exact time when it would arrive. They just kept telling me "Maybe it will arrive tomorrow (friday) and we will call you when we get" I mean, this is so irresponsible words I hear. They told me it would print next day or maximum 2 days and I had an idea that I will go there and pick up. But they changed plan and if they knew that the product would be ready to pick up in 2 days , they should have done something more.

But they just did ground shipping between them (Dallas to NJ) and when I called on Friday, they just said maybe around 4pm it will arrive but we will call you.

Ok... I mean.. I'm in urgent situation and I was waiting so long unexpectedly. And I must just wait for them to call me? what kind of business is this? Do they think I have other work to do? I need to pick up this product and bring to my client. They just spoke in an uncertain way so made me nervous. What if it was not shipped by Friday?

so I asked to customer service at least give me refund for my extra paying for RUSH. But she kept telling me the meaning of RUSH print. Whatever. I trusted operator who told me product will be done in 2 days by paying RUSH and I did by trusting his word and thinking that I will get this products after 2 days. However, they don't understand or don't want to understand and didn't want to give refund. So I said "If you are not gonna understand me, okay, then, I'm gonna write review about you guys."

What I really don't like is their attitude. There is no urgency. Just saying same word "We will call you" I mean, Are they gonna call me at 8pm? or 12 am? It's so not accurate, unclear.

I didn't see my product yet. Product can be done in a nice way. I will add my review for that. But right now, I need to complain about this.

Am I strange? But this doesn't make sense to me at all. I wouldn't run business in that way. I consider this very irresponsible.

Also, I wanted to post up review in their own website. But seems I cannot publish on signazon website by myself.

"Signazon was amazing, I placed a rush order to arrive in 2 days for 27 banners and they did an excellent job! They followed up with me every step of the way. Once of the things that was incredible was how they contacted me when they felt the printing was not up to their quality. Once I had a chance to look at it, I felt it was fine for what we needed, but the attention to detail and the goal to put forth the best product possible was incredible. I will definitely be using them again!!"
