"The Item I ordered was a giant check and it came out just great. When I called to be sure I could pick it up as planned (on Friday as I needed it for Sunday) they did throw me a scare and say it wasn't due to be ready until Monday. I explained that I needed it for the weekend for a big event and they put me on hold, came back and said yep, they'd make sure it was ready by day end on Friday. Yay!!!
