"I ordered a banner from your company that I needed for a trade show for Aug 1 & 2. During checkout, I chose the shipping method based on the date it said I would have it by, which was July 30th. So, $20 to ship it to me in time for my show...I guess that's okay. When I received the shipping notification from you, I tracked it and it said it would be delivered by Thursday, July 30th. This is good, as promised. Thursday I was out of town setting up for this trade show, and when I got back, there was no package. I tracked it and it now said to be delivered by Friday July 31st. Well, okay, I have to leave by 4:00 PM to head to the show, and my Fed Ex driver is always here by lunch...this can still work. ALL DAY I waited and he never arrived. I called Fed EX to see if we could find where the driver was and they said they could not do that. I called you and all I heard was "sorry, it says it's going to be delivered by the end of the day today." Needless to say, I had to leave to get to the show and did so without a banner. Fed Ex could care less, but I expected more from your company. You can't tell your customers one thing, then blame the carrier when it's late. I would have paid more to have it shipped to me in time, but didn't think I needed to because your ordering page said it would arrive to me by Thursday, July 30th. I don't think I will be doing business with you anymore."

"I place my first order with signazon. Unfortunately, when the product arrived the printing on my signs was in the wrong direction of the corragation. When I called customer service they asked me to send a picture proving it was wrong. After I did that. They then called me back and asked me to photoghaph each sign in the order.
End result. Signazon reordered, at no charge, after making me jump through one too many hoops."
