"We needed some vinyl lettering for the front of our new business. The website was easy to navigate, and the sign was easy to design. Within 15min our lettering was ordered and on its way. It arrived on-time. Unfortunately, my staff applied the lettering backwards, ruining it. I went back to the website and re-ordered another sign, but the delivery date was too late for our needs. That's when I contracted with a local business. Surprisingly, the local business delivered and professionally installed the sign the NEXT DAY and charged about half as much as Signazon.

Signazon.com is a great and convenient resource, but the shipping times are pretty lengthy unless you cough up $50+ for faster delivery and you're left installing the products yourself. At the end of the day, I'll be using our local contact for faster service, professional on-site installation, and grossly cheaper prices. That being said, nothing against Signazon.com. My experience was fine. The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. And, ultimately, the quality of the sign I received was superb. If you don't have access to a local business, or if you're seeking pure convenience, Signazon.com is an excellent option."
