"I somehow ordered sign holders that were not the holders I ordered. After being treated like a lying criminal by all the representatives. The owner finally contacted me with a very accusatory and threatening letter. He said he would give me what I asked for but if I ordered wrong again he would put me on a do not sell to list. I have never been treated so poorly by any company ever. There was no way I was or will do business with them again after being insulted by the owner. He could have easily had a loyal customer by just making it right over the $33 shipping charge but instead he decided to insult his customers. "
"We have ordered CorPlast custom signs from SignsDirect 4x over the last 4 years and each time the product has come back in a timely and correct manner. Their pricing is highly competitive. I find they cannot be beat.
They have restructured their pricing and policies so that's been all good, in fact, great.
The only shortcoming has been the opacity of the corrugated plastic substrate - it's a bit translucent so you can get shadows of the flipside in back lit conditions. The 4mm CorPlast they have upgraded to is an improvement."
