"I bought the 120mm heatsink, 120mm fan, and a 80mm thermoresistor fan. All of the fans are amazing. The heatsink on the lowerst level (12dba) keeps my 3700 san deigo at about 93 degrees. All of these fans cannot be heard from 2 feet away and provide the best air flow I have seen. I have used antec, vantec, and thermaltake these SilenX are the best from now on I will only use SilenX. "

"I bought two 80mm 14db fans and a 120mm 14db fan. The fans are quiet. I owned Papst fans before this, I cannot quantify the difference in sound between Papst and SilenX, they are both nice.
I am fairly satisfied with the fans. The only reason I am not fully satisfied, is that at the time that I bought the fans (Nov 2004), it was not clear to me that they did not do RPM monitoring. This was disapointing given I expect most people who are looking for silence are quite interested in RPM monitoring.
I have been told that all of their line is now RPM monitoring capable. So I may buy some more..."
