"It is really strange seeing bad reviews for this company. I have ordered from them three times already for miscellaneous Lian Li parts and I have never had an issue. Best prices on Lian Li parts, same-day or very next day shipping, and the last time I ordered there I forgot to add on a couple of items. So I called and they answered politely as possible and said they would gladly ship the items together.
What is there not to like?"
"I am taking the time to write this review because my deal with Silver PCs has now crossed the principle threshold. The value of the missing part from my order is not the motivator, it is their refusal to fix a problem they created.
The only good thing about this operation is they have difficult to find Lian-Li parts. The bad thing is they appear to have no qualms about taking your money then shipping incomplete orders. 'Back ordered' parts won't be sent. They seem to simply hope you forget about it and go away. (Seems to be a recurring theme from other reviews.)
I have asked them multiple times (in writing) over the past 90 days to send me the missing part of my order. All inquiries have been ignored as of this review date. No status, no part, no nothing. Silver PC clearly has no concept of customer service.
Any vendor, especially an online vendor, who will not honor their contract with clients deserves public scorn. The ability to remedy a situation with a stonewalling Internet vendor is often more difficult than it's worth. I believe unscrupulous vendors counts on this to squeeze extra margin out of every deal. Seems to me Silver PCs may be this type firm and IMHO they do not deserve anyone's hard earned money."

"I ordered 4 female clips for a Lian Li case and only received 3. When I called the company I spoke with Eve. Whom was extremely rude and tried to accuse me that I was lying about the short order. She could barely speak English which made it even more miserable for me to deal with her. After 20 min. trying to explain to her the short order she then says the piece is on back order. The truth is they never sent the correct amount because they didn't have enough. Then she lied about it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would stay away!!!! Buyer Beware!!! I rate this company 0. After 1 month and 17 days they finally sent the 4th clip. This was also after about 7 phone calls."
"I ordered a Lian-Li EX-23N and some miscellaneous screw parts from this store on December 8, 2008. Within a day or two they leave me a voicemail stating the EX-23N is not in stock, which contradicts their web-site as it's supposed to be in stock.
I e-mailed them on December 9, 11, 12 and 13th stating I want my order canceled and a refund issued to my credit card - all e-mails were ignored. I did manage to talk to "Daniel K" on December 16 and told him I wanted my order canceled, a refund issued and had e-mailed them several times without reply, he understood and that was end of phone call.
So far no refund and no replies to e-mails. They have $38.37 of my money for products I was never supplied with. Their customer service is awful and I highly advise potential customers to shop elsewhere. I don't know how large or small they are as a business, but it defeats me how they will grow treating customers in this fashion.
Silver PCs can now deal with my credit card company, I'm fedup trying to get the message through to cancel my order and issue a refund. I suppose if their web-site was accurate in the first place I wouldn't be in this position."
"I made 2 orders on June 6, 2008. One order shipped out within a few days, the other was over 2 weeks before shipping and after 3 submissions to their 'contact us' form I finally got a response that my second order had shipped (about 16 days after placing the order)"

Shipping was fast, and the case was in perfect condition. I only ever buy Lian Li cases, and it seems that SilverPC is the place to go if you want one."
