When Silvert's got the shoes in mid-February, they called before shipping them to make sure I still wanted them. He loved them, but it turned out that the size we ordered was really too large, so I needed to return them & order a full size smaller. When I called today to ask how to do that, the woman who answered the phone not only took care of me without ! Way to go, folks!! = )

"I ordered almost $300 of products for my mother. Four days later I was checking on other products and seen they had a promotion for discounts for two days. I called and asked about the discounts which would have saved my mom $35. They stated that promotions change all the time, and she had missed out on sales the day after her order also. I don't believe it's in the best interest for their customers to have to keep checking or wait for an order to save money. Why not give customers a great deal everyday? I don't like the game they play with customers who are in need, our seniors!!! "
