She is now very low mobility, requiring wheelchair and mechanical lift. "It took me a few days to decide which items I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, every time I left and later returned to work on my order, I found that my cart had been emptied. So I had to select the items all over again each time. Otherwise ordering went okay. "

I was trying to place an order for shoes for my Dad. I went to your live chat and was brushed off by the first agent and told t9 call your 1-800 number which I did. No answer, just a voice message and no options to speak to someone who could help. I then reached out again to your live chat and was told my agent Maria what size to order and then she just dropped the chat! I had further questions but she never replied. Unfortunately for me, you’re the only place I can order from so there are no other options. Very frustrating and really unimpressive first time customer service.
