"Disappointed. I recently received the spring/summer catalog in which I found two tops I wanted to order for my mother-in-law. The catalog encouraged one to go online to find special values, which I did, but some of the prices I saw in the catalog were actually lower than I found online. However, when I tried to call to order from the catalog I was first greeted with a garbled, unintelligible message. The second call yielded a "sorry I am out of the office call". So, I ended going back online to complete my order, and thus paid more than the catalog price. This kind of service does not make me pleased with your ordering process. "
