"I purchase tires from SimpleTire.com. They had the odd sized tires I needed at a competitive price. The tires were purchased just prior to Thanksgiving so there was an expected delay in shipping. Before the tires even shipped they offered a 10% off coupon that I didn't notice until the tires were in transit. When I received the tires I contacted their customer service and explained the situation fully expecting them, like almost any retailer to honor the discount but they refused. Very disappointed.
