"Order process is good. Prices are good. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is use of Fed Ex for delivery. Fed Ex for some reason transcribed my phone number, introducing an error on their warehouse paperwork. Then because they got no answer, they decided the correct course of action was to sit on the shipment for days. They would not deliver without contacting me first to ensure I would be home to sign.

So SimpleTire could improve by working with Fed Ex to 1) keep the from introducing human error into the shipping process and 2) develop a recovery process that ensures prompt delivery when they run into a problem.
