"The sequins fell off and left patches of netting on the dress even before she went to dinner. Not happy. Have purchase previously and not had any issues. I purchased the dress in February but did not my daughter did not wear it until May. I ordered early to make sure we would have the correct size before it sold out. Very Disappointed in quality. Customer service would not even consider me sending the dress back for repairs or even a store credit. Not happy.

"Quick to shipping. Package was an hr away from me in Chatham Ontario on the 22 nd of May. I’m in Sarnia, Ontario. Package Was rerouted to Edmonton Alberta. Need dress for the 5 of June for my daughters wedding and she need alterations to be made. Still haven’t received the dress. Tracking status says May 31st. Fingers crossed things work out. "

"Return process was very slow and customer service never followed up with me on a question I had even after I called 2x. It’s ironic that as a buyer we only have 7 days to put in a rerun but to get the money back or a credit it takes so long. Your facility received my return Monday (confirmed by tracking and customer service) and the credit wasn’t processed until the following Monday! To me that’s poor service which makes me very reluctant to buy more. Prices are very high for some things especially for the quality. "

“The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is "no returns," but we accept returns for a refund less the 10% restocking fee or for a full store credit! The option for store credit would not have a restocking fee deducted and is valid for 5 years from when it is issued.
