"Honestly, the dress I initially wanted showed in stock on their website. I proceeded to order and then was told based on my event date that the dress wouldn't be delivered in time. I cancelled that order think I may have overlooked that the dress was out of stock. The next day I went on and saw the dress listing as in stock placed the order and called them to make sure it was, they then said no it wasn't and their site had a defect. I cancelled that order and found another dress that I loved more which I reluctantly ordered. Delivery was quick. The site also has a chat function which I am happy with as it is very convenient. "

"Returned item promptly the same day I received its been over 10 days an they still have not processed my return..called customer service and they received it but claims they have 10 days too process it ...just want my refund it's bad enough they charge u 8 dollars too ship it back but they also charge a 10 percent restocking fee am pretty over them. Won't buy from them again don't need headache"
