"Website is fully functional in that they take your money, and that's it. Never received any tracking info, replies to emails or phone calls. Report filed with BBB and CA Attorney Generals office. Company is clearly a scam, or was ran out of business by their own crappy customer service and just leave website up to make money. owners are probably hiding out in Mexico collecting pay checks"

The order confirmation states that the order "leaves the warehouse within 7 business days." It has been 12 business days and no product delivery. I've called 3 times and gotten a run-around all 3 times, including a bogus tracking number. Next step, Better Business Bureau."
