"I took a chance on ordering 2 full sets of screen protectors for my HTC One based on reviews. I cant say enough good about this company. I received my order quickly. The only thing was that my order was missing the side and back protection I ordered. No big deal as my primary concerns was the front protection. I sent their Customer services personnel an email and they are not only sending me the items missed on the order but also an entire shipment of the original order. I am so happy with the ease of use to put this protector on and the clarity. I had tried just about every other company out there including expensive one's but was not happy with the rippled look and feel. The SkinPea covers were easy to put on and don't have the rippled effect but at the same time feel like high quality. As always, wait for a day or two if you have bubbles etc but every piece of the cover became clear with out any blemishes. I wish more online companies had Customer service and quality products like this.

"By far the best screen protector I have ever owned. So easy to install and there is no orange peel affect like zagg or armor suit. there price is worth the product and free shipping is great. The customer service is quick and responsive as very reasonable I would recommend this product to anyone I know who needs a screen protector. Simply put they are a 10/10 in my book. "Ordered the iPad and iPhone protector. Messed up the install of the iPad, but iPhone went flawlessly. Contacted CS and they promptly sent a free replacement. Excellent service even though the error was due to my install. Once installed, both are nearly invisible. A few very minor specs on the iPad but iPhone is perfect. Great company, great customer service and Great products. Believe them when they say to let the protector rest. Initial install shows all sorts of smudges and bubbles but after about 12 hrs it all clears up. Any remaining small bubbles should be worked out with the squeegee leaving a very clear screen. Do notice a bit of a loss in sensitivity using a stylus but that can be tolerated for the protection factor. Don't hesitate purchasing this product"

"I recently placed an order for 2 screen protectors at Skinpea.com on Feb. 27, 13 and received my order two days later. The average shipping time from Calif to my home state takes about 5-7 days, so this was incredible since shipping was free for my order. I had problems with smoothing out all the bubbles and creating scratches on both phones so I contacted Skinpea.com. Within 2 days, a customer service manager emailed me and offered replacement set for both phones (plus further instruction on how to get rid of future bubbles). "Not the best experience purchasing from this company. Purchased a iPad front screen protector directly through their website. Installation on brand new iPad 4, numerous bubbles throughout after 48 hours. That wasn't the worst part which was trying to contact them for assistance. I had a heck of a time contacting them - they were experience email problems and do not have a phone number published. As a frustrated customer I asked for complete refund which they did take care of. Unfortunately this is a company I would not recommend. They did ask that I write a favorable review which I couldn't do."
