"I ordered several items items over a week ago and have been getting emails that skymall regrets to inform me but the item is not available until some way in the future date or not at all.
There has been no credits, the order totaled over$640 and on top of that they have charged my credit card 2 additional times this last week for no reason. One was for $27 and the other $41. I am already having issues just getting what I DID order and now Skymall is stealing money because they have access to my credit card information.
I can't get a hold of customer service via telephone because they have no one employed because they are currently apparently in bankruptcy. If anyone knows how I can get ahold of Skymall and get my order cancelled, refunded and the other monies stolen credited back I would truly appreciate any help.
I will NEVER do business with Skymall again!! I forworn you not to either. Very unhappy customer of two years. "
