"Very poor experience so far! I ordered a headboard from SkyMall on April 2, 2015 that was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 business days. I sent them an inquiry on April 23 about the delivery status since we had no communication after our order and no delivery of the item. On April 30, they sent us an email that said that the item had been shipped, but the email had no tracking number. Today is May 14, and we still do not have the item and do not have a tracking number. The only way to communicate with SkyMall is by using their website email. There is no way to phone them and speak to a human being. I sent another email today to find out if they can give us a status update and a tracking number for the shipment that we still have not received. I am very disappointed with the service and communication with SkyMall on this order."
