So I ordered the more expensive combination order and was later told that it was now back ordered til Jan 28 th. very dissatisfied and poor communication up to this point. I have one of four of my purchases one is in route one now is back ordered and the other who knows because no correspondence . Order from amazon and get what you order"

"As far as the product I ordered there were no issues and the people who received these items were pleased. as they were Christmas gifts they came in plenty of time, in fact it appears they were shipped on Nov. 27th. This is where I have gotten annoyed and will never shop SkyMall again. In my email yesterday
, Jan 9th I received a confirmation email from SkyMall letting me know that my item had shipped. This is well over a month since I placed the order in addition my bank card was then charged for the purchase on Jan 9th, again well over a month from the time the items were sent. I have no problems with paying for merchandise I purchase, but nearly a month and a half after I received it? I do 98% of all of my shopping online and I have never had a merchant take this long to bill me, normally I am billed either when an item is shipped or delivered, not over a month later.
As I said, I am so annoyed that I will not be using SkyMall again and most certainly will not be recommending it to others.

"The service was very good. I just could not wear the item that I purchased, so I returned it. Purchase date was 10/28/2013 and return date was 11/07/2013 and received by you on 11/18/2013.
I think the return process and credit process is extremely slow.
It is over two months since purchase, and return close to two months since receipt of returned item. "

I provided copies of ads on Amazon and it took numerous phone calls in order to get to a supervisor and have him adjust the cost (I still haven't seen the adjustment but it has been promised to me). Your website says items ordered by 12/17/2013 should arrive by Christmas, the one item I ordered didn't, which was okay as I thought it would come in the next couple days. When nothing arrived I called and spoke with Johnny on 12/31/2013, he said expected delivery date was 1/3/2014. When that date came and went I still waited a few days thinking it would be coming any day. I finally called again yesterday, 1/8/2014, and spoke with Dave who at least was helpful in getting me an answer. Come to find out the order has been CANCELLED! No notice provided to me (without Dave's help), no real explanation, no apology, no answer as to why Johnny gave me a 1/3/2014 delivery date for a cancelled order. UNBELIEVABLE! I can't imagine any reason I'd want to order anything from you again. AND, SHOCKINGLY, if I go to your website and select the same item to order, it says it is in stock and allows me to add it to my cart! Nice work... what a hoax."

"I ordered a custom item on Dec 3. I was told it would take 21 days so I was nervous about it not arriving before Christmas. However, I received an email that stated it had been shipped on Dec 13. So I assumed it would easily arrive by Dec 24 as that is 7 working days. It didn't arrive until Dec 30. So I was quite disappointed. I will think twice about ordering with Skymall again since there is an issue with ontime delivery. "
