"I made my order because of a marketing promotion they published in Facebbok... but they lied. My order arrived 6 weeks later than what they told me. They offered me a 50% refund beacuse of all the troubles but they charged me double on my credit card!! Unbelievable! Now they do not answer my emails or tweets. What can I do?"

"Looking to buy luggage for a gift. Found a bag for $199. on skymall with the intro 20% so $159.00, sounds good. Placed the order to see almost $20.00 for shipping added. What idiot decided that "the more you spend with us the more we will charge you for shipping" Brilliant!

I can buy a $20. item the same size, weight, and actual shipping cost and pay $7.00 for shipping or spend a bunch with you and pay $20.00 for shipping. That really encourages people to spend more...not.

Getting closer to checkout another $10.00 was added for tax even though you have no presence in Wisconsin. Finally I hit the "place order" button and the discount disappears, tax goes up, and my card gets charged $231.26. I called and was assured that things would get straightened out, sometime later, not right now.

Your operation sucks. Any large company this disorganized with screwed up, backward shipping policies will never get any future business from me.

"The product does not meets the specs mentioned in the ad. To elaborate further i had fitted the rear view mirror in Corolla as well as in Nissan Rogue. Still i could not able to see the side lane drivers. So no use of the product. Hence returned the same to the seller"

"I am quite disappointed in the service that I've received in regards to timely or in my case, no delivery at all of merchandise that I've ordered. I had to initiate a call each time to figure out why I have not received my order by the stated time lines. Even after being given a delivery time frame twice, needless to say, I never received my order. I had to finally request a refund after waiting a month."

"Worst customer service ever. Ordered October 17/2013 Received Nov. 15,2013. Returned Dec, 2, 2013 which I had to prove. Then you tell me it was returned Jan,13,2014. Still haven't received my refund. You would have to offer me a big discount to ever shop with you again. Does anyone at Sky Mall know what is going on?"

"I asked for 6 ítems which, according to the Skymall web page, were available. However, only 3 ítems arrived and for the other three I got an email with the following message: "Order Status - Cancelled" and the probable reasons were "due to a Merchant discontinuation of the ítem".

Nevertheless, I asked for another 3 ítems on January 4th and today (Jan.22nd) their status order has not changed from "Processing Order"

Frustrating!

"Received shipment notification from Skymall that was inaccurate. The vendor backordered product and it was delivered well after the expected date. Because of this, we were unable to give it as a gift.

"Order was placed and shipped on December 27, 2013. It is now January 21, and I have not received the item. UPS claims they could not find our house. This is ridiculous. UPS delivers items to our house on a regular basis. I am very disappointed."

"NOT IMPRESSED. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO ITMES. THEY OFFERED A 20% DISCOUNT AND SAID BOTH ITEMS WERE IN STOCK ON 1/17/2014. THEN TODAY 1/20/2014 THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT THEY CANCELLED ONE OF THE ITEMS. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE OTHER ITEM FROM THEM IF I HAD KNOWN THIS. I THINK THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE 20% OFF ON THE LARGER ITEM SO THEY CANCELLED IT WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION. SO I HAVE ENDED UP PAYING MORE FOR THE ONE ITEM THAN I WOULD HAVE ON ANOTHER SITE. TODAY IS FEB 4.2014, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE WALLET SO I CALLED AGAIN AND JUST REC'D AN EMAIL THAT IT IS ON BACK ORDER UNTIL 2/15/2014. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
