"In May I tried to redeem rewards points when I was placing my order. It is not clear on the site how redeeming works. I didn't realize there would be a delay in receiving the rewards certificate and in order to take advantage of an advertised promotion I needed to place the order before the reward was emailed to me. I order hair products in bulk about twice a year so I was disappointed when I finally received the reward and found it would expire within a few weeks, before I planned to order again. I essentially threw away those reward points; had I known there would be a delay I would have saved them."
