"This is my first time to your site. I was ordering my goldwell products on Amazon, but found you in a search for pricing. Seems to be good prices but hard to read (grammar errors) in questions and answers section and other areas of the website. In addition, the description of products are lengthy and the webpages do take a long time to load when I am trying to view all the possible hair color choices.

Also, someone in customer service spells "shades" as "SHADOWS" for hair color descriptions! Very confusing and seems like we are dealing with someone who does not speak good English, even though shipping comes from Tustin, CA. It gives a negative image for the website and company.
