Very long story short, it ended up I emailed 4 times, called and left a message to contact me back 4 times and texted several times before I FINALLY got a reply which, by the way, did not answer the question. I never did get an answer to my question which was, how long does it take for pending rewards point to become available? It's a pretty simple question.
