It's rare these days for a company that does business on line to be helpful and Sleekhair is everything I would want in a company I do business with and they are local!!"

"I have purchased my hair care from Sleek Hair for years. The first time I needed to actually contact someone was 2 weeks ago. I sent an email to the email address they provided online, which indicated this was the fastest way to assist me. Well, days go by and I never heard a word from them. I sent another email to them, and again, no word. In the next several days I sent two more emails and then followed up with a phone call. However, I received a recording that stated their call volume was unusually high and for me to leave a message, promising that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Guess what? No return phone call. It has now been over 2 weeks since I first contacted them. I called them again today and got the same "high call volume" message asking me again to leave a voice message. I have no faith that they will contact me back. They are losing a faithful customer because I will NOT be back. Screw them and their horrible, non-existent customer service."

"Very poor customer service and delivery to Canada, despite being told it would arrive within 5-7 days. Almost 21 days later, I still have not received my products, but received an email stating that UPS had my order on hold, I needed to contact them, and if I didn't, there would be no refund as I abandoned the product. The tracking number was not provided (luckily I saved all prior communication). Sleekhair did not provide proper broker documentation, and now it will not be delievered to my house, but a warehouse so I can pay the fees. Not an awful experience, just disappointing, and not one that will be repeated. "International" buyers beware. "
