probably five or so sites to find good quality hair

"Found a great selection of products here - from my favorite skin care treatment by In the Buff. I love their Whipped Cream Deep Moisture Treatment, I live in the Midwest and the winters here are brutal on your skin.

"Sleekhair.com is the only store I will trust to provide me with authentic hair products at a reasonable price. I have never had an issue with their service, and I have been shopping through them for some time now (probably about two or three years, I have lost track now). I used to take a chance and would buy from other stores (I won’t name names), however after much experience trying just about every possible online retailer I have found that they are all either significantly more expensive than the cost of Sleekhair.com’s products, or the products ended up not being authentic!
I finally gave up and now just go straight to Sleekhair.com for my monthly order of shampoo, conditioner, styling products, and whatever else I need; they have a broad selection of products in comparison to most other stores. Speaking of shipping, I should comment on that. Sleekhair.com has always delivered right on time, if not a day early. Like any other retailer, of course they cannot send orders out if the shipping service you choose isn’t open (ie. On Sunday), however I am confident they have my order boxed up and ready to go in the meantime because they have never missed a beat from what I have experienced.
The last point I will touch on is their return policy. I have never had a problem returning any unused product; the customer service representatives have always been very polite and helpful. I never have any concern making a purchase because I know if I make a mistake they will help me fix it.

The biggest one being, you never know what you are going to get, but also, you never know if they are going to send you the right things, or if you'll be sent anything at all. "I had no problems with this company until needed to make a return due to adverse reaction to products purchased. The customer service rep - Melissa, immediately assisted me reluctantly. I was told I could not return the products because they've been opened. That's fine with me. However, without me asking, Ms. Melissa went on the "show" me how the ingredients are all listed on their website (perhaps hinting it was all my fault). I knew the ingredients were not fully disclosed so I asked her to show me exactly where are the products' ingredients listed. Surely, only 2 of the 32 ingredients of this products were listed. On the website, the 2 ingredients were listed as "main ingredients", on the product's label, only 1 of the ingredients could be found and it is the 11th out of the total of 32 ingredients - cannot be considered a "main ingredient".
I would have gladly accepted the fact that I could not return the opened products had Ms. Melissa handled the situation with courtesy, tact and honor and perhaps just simply stating their company's policy, without volunteering to "show" me how she presumed it all to be my gross oversight and that all the products' ingredients have been listed (which is not true either). When I asked for her manager, I was told nobdy was available. She told me there's not point to talk to her manager because the return would not be allowed. I told her it is not about the money, but a complaint on her lack of courtesy and respect to her customer. I was then transferred to a voicemail without any personal greeting (who know whose voicemail that is) to leave a message to a manager. If you want to keep your customers, you treat them with respect and courtesy and not talk to them in a condesending manner eager to "show" them how right you are and how "wrong" your customers are. Perhaps, (I hope not), this experience does reflect the company's approach to their customers. I spend, on average, $100 to $200 per month on hair and beauty products. After this experience with sleekhair.com, I will not order from them again. I would rather spend my money where it will be appreciated."
"I was hesitant to order from Sleek Hair after reading some reviews on other websites but did anyway because their prices were the lowest for what I wanted. So on 09/15/11 I placed an order for 2 perms. I had a delivery confirmation email from UPS the next morning. The exact items I ordered arrived today. A year ago this company was awsome and very helpful. Now they act as if they are too big for your business.
Customer service is a nightmare and good luck if you have an issue. I am currently in a fight with them for a refund of 167.00 that they have drafted out of my account. Funny thing is, they dont have an order number for me, yet have charged me and yet to resolve the issue. Whats their answer??? Take the money and dont reply. You will be cheated as I have just give it time.
