"i placed an order for some hair care products. I then received an email that i needed to use a PayPal account because of fraudulant activities. However, everytime I call their customer service phone number, i never got to speak with a live person. I could only leave a voicemail for a call back within 24 hours. I received a call that i missed and had to call all over again and leave yet another message. I finally decided to just place the order again using PayPal. I really wanted to try the products i purchased. I will not use Sleek Hair again if i can find another vendor to purchase from. It was a difficult process. Hopefully, i can receive my items now. Just missed a few days on this. :-("
