"Hello! This is my first order from Sleek! It was immediately exciting to see such reasonable prices for products!
My only complaint so far is that I wish Sleek would lower the qualifying amount for free shipping from $99 to between $35 and $50. I found that to be disappointing because most online retailers these days offer free shipping at a much lower minimum, so I think the $99 limit is steep.
It is rare that I will spend $99+ on hair care products at one time and I would hate to keep having to pay shipping every time. Please consider lowering that in the near future! There are a gazillion beauty sites that offer free shipping on minimum purchases of $35 and up or $50 and up. It's hard to justify paying for shipping when I can order from another online retailer and not pay that fee. And when I don't pay a fee for shipping, I usually end up picking up another product instead.
Just as an example of what a difference that can make, my favorite site for make up and skin care is Beautylish.com and a large part of my adoration/obsession with them is they have phenomenal customer service, they offer Fed-ex 2-day shipping on orders of $35 or more, so I pay no shipping and my products arrive in 2-3 days. LOVE THEM. Loyal customer for life because they offer those perks.
Honestly, I decided to try Sleek because when I went to Drugstore.com to order the same products they were out of stock so they couldn't even ship for 2 weeks. To be blunt and brutally honest, if Drugstore,com would have had the items I wanted in stock I would have ordered through them because I would have received free shipping (they do free shipping for anything over $35) and also received 5% cash back from Ebates. But instead I am impatient (lol) and need these ASAP for my out of town trip next Friday (04-15-16) so I am putting my faith in Sleek and excited to try a new site!
I will leave more feedback once my items arrive, but if they arrive before next Friday when I leave for my trip and are securely packaged so they aren't damaged in transit I will be VERY pleased!
Lastly,just a suggestion, I don't know what steps Sleek would have to take to be affiliated with Ebates but I would be ecstatic if they were enrolled and I could earn some cash back from Ebates when purchasing from your website as well. That is a big incentive for me and know many other online shoppers.
I'm sorry if I seem a bit picky! it's just that so many sites offer such great perks these days with shipping and Ebates, both things influence me quite a bit when buying online. I will write another review of my experience once my products are received!
