"Save your money and go with someone else. I bought a case for my 13 inch mac book pro and the plastic is completely defective. After 3 weeks of use it started cracking all over the place...my computer sits on a desk and I don't take it anywhere so this is not wear and tear. I contacted smacktom 3 times and they will not respond."

"Ordered a power supply for my laptop and it was listed as shipped with tracking number. The item never left miami and many attempts to contact customer service has been met with only one reply asking to verify my address and that they would look into things. They never answer the phone and I have not heard anything back in over a week. If nothing changes I'll have no choice but to use a charge back via my credit card. I have no idea if the product is any good as I never received it. Customer service has been less than helpful. In a word dissatisfied."

"I finally received my order however it was the wrong size for my MACBOOK PRO. There is no packing slip to confirm the size or that it is actually a cover for the pro but it DOES NOT fit on my MACBOOK PRO it is too small. I tried to contact SMACKTOM numerous times and NO ONE ever responds. I really wanted the case and enjoyed the site because of all the Apple product accessories. However, AT THIS POINT I will tell everyone I know to NEVER order from smacktom. If I spend my money on product I would like the correct size otherwise it is useless and a waste of money. I have called and emailed and no on has yet to respond to my complaint. By far the WORST customer service I have ever had."

This is especially important because sometimes colors can appear darker or brighter than what they really are depending on how the pictures were taken. I ordered an Ocean Green laptop case and it looked exactly the same. I received my order confirmation less then 2 minutes after ordering in my email and a tracking number as soon as it was shipped. I'll most likely do business and definitely suggest business to friends. "
