"We ordered a part at the beginning of October. At first we were told the item was in stock but then got told there was going to be a delay by a few days. After not receiving them in that time frame, we had to contact them to be told that there was a later date for shipping. Eventually we were told that it was going to be over a month before they shipped our part out. All along they have charged my credit card for the part and the shipping. Now today I get a call from them, and they want to charge me $ 121.10 more for the item that I ordered back in October because they didn't ship it out when they said they would, and there supplier for that item now wants to charge them more money and they don't want to take care of it. I told them they needed to take care of the difference and ship me the parts for the price they billed me as that was the price when they took my money.
They refused and just simply told me that they were canceling my order and refunding my money. It remains to be seen if they actually do so, and how much of the total they refund.

"Place an order on July 19th for an "in stock" part for which they immediately charged my credit card the purchase price. On July 20th they acknowledged the order and payment. On August 5th the part had still not been shipped!!! They keep your money while they wait for parts they don't actually have in stock. Will only refund your money, if you follow up on the status and cancel the order at which time they inform you that it will take 24-48 hours for money to be refunded. Horrible customer service and overall experience."
"I purchased four lawn mower wheel from them, two front and two rear for self propelled mower. The send me three front wheels and one rear wheel. When I contacted them they said send us a picture of what was sent to you so we can research it. I just told you the problem and sent you pictures, what is there to research? Anyway, did what they asked, got an email the next saying a supervisor will take a look at it, stay turned for an answer. Three days later still no answer. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor, was told that the supervisor does not speak to customers. So I am told they will send me a return label to send the wrong part back, before they will send me the correct part. The wheels were a little more expensive on the troybilt website, but damn should have just paid the extra money and not have to deal with this store and their stupidity. Placed this order on 6 July 2020 and still do not have a working self propelled mower. Glad I also have a riding mower.

"I recently ordered a HOMELITE pump for my Ryobi power washer. According to my owners manual, I needed part 308653054. When I received the pump and went to install it, I discovered when I took the old pump off that it was different from the one I received. What I should have ordered was part 308653064 as this is what was on the unit. I contacted the seller to get a return authorization knowing I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. They are refusing to take the pump back. Now I have a pump which I cannot use and am out $148.25. Certainly can not and will not recommend this company."

"Onan gave me a wrong part number. This company shipped the part, I immediately realized it was wrong. The company refused to take the unused part, in the original packaging back for credit. Prices are competitive, but you need to be sure there is no doubt about the part you are ordering. Better to pay a bit more elsewhere (generator-parts.com) and know you will have a company that is customer friendly. Saving $20, now has me sitting on a $250 part that is useless to me."
