"Ordered many times from snapfish. Pictures turn out great, and are sent relatively quickly. Fast uploading via website with the optional add on tool is also helpful. Try to look for coupons or specials to make the order a better deal. "
"I ordered some prints and received them in a week. Very nice quality and fair shipping time (Compared to Shutterfly, Snapfish's shipping time is slower). Overall, it's quality is the top of the line along with Shutterfly. I will definitely order from them again."
"I have been using SnapFish exclusively for my photo development for a few years now and am very pleased with them. One time, the photo quality was not what I had come to expect. I returned the photos, they reprinted them and they reprints were excellent. Although shipping costs could be lower, I do highly recommend SnapFish."
"Terrible experience.....I used Picasa for about 2 hours to choose which 300 pics I want for my Disney Trip memory album, clicked on order prints, and fullishly selected snapfish as the provider....My order went through, OK got an order number and everything.....few hours later, I realized I never received a confirmation E-mail, so I logged online, no history of my order....I called on Monday...after 30 mins on hold with a rep, the rep stated that it is in pre-confirmation stage and i will get an order number in less then 24 hours....come Tuesday morning, nothing....I call back and speak to a lesser knowledgeable rep who at least stated that a confirmation number should have been generated within seconds and there is an issue and I will be escalated to Sev 2 tech support........12 hours later I received an Email from Sev 2 hoping they would have fixed the issue but instead asking to reply to the E-mail because get this "Your issue is not clear from the note included with the escalation." Lets see...you sell pictures, if i have an issue, chances are it is because i have problem with pictures.....i'm not even getting into the incompetent rep who couldn't write a comprehensible note for tech support.......So now I'm waiting....I really do not want to spend another 2 hours in Picasa to print with another company, nor do I wish to be billed from snapfish if they do that.....I do want a clear answer....can you fix the problem and get me my pictures....snapfish proved one thing, they are not capable of good customer service. To anyone who uses Picasa to print pictures, learn from my mistake and order from PhotoWorks. Had no problem with them.....OK Update: Rep told me my order did not go through that I had to reupload. I told her make sure its cancelled, which she assured me it was. then a week later(after i developed with another company) they said they fixed the order and are shipping it to me....i replied under no circumstance....did they listen? ofcourse not....they shipped! Now i'm in the process of returning the pictures for a refund. What a headache."
"Snap fish is very good. Been using them for over 5 years."
"I ordered from snapfish 9/8/07. Today is 9/19/07, and I still don't have any pictures. C'mon guys, a couple days processing and a few days for shipping is understandable, but it has been 11+ days since I ordered. On a previous order with lots of pictures, snapfish printed them all out of order. Normally, a standard photo-processing place would at least print them in the order received. When I contacted snapfish about it, they kind of shrugged it off, giving me a "well, that's just the way it is with us" response. Perhaps I should lower my standards?"
"I've ordered prints through Snapfish several times. I've always been happy with the speed and quality."
"Had a poster made of a digital pic. Looks very nice and was delivered promptly. "
"I am a semi-professional photography and I placed an order for over 250 4x6 prints from Snapfish. I read several reviews that rated Snapfish at or near the top in quality and price.
I recieved the order in about a week. The quality and the price were good, but they printed "www.snapfish.com" on the back of each print. This is both tacky and very unprofessional. I complained to Snapfish and they said there was no way to print a picture without their name on the back. In fact, they quoted me a part of their agreement where you are not to resell the images printed by them.
I will go back to other printing services. Adorama allows you to put your own copywrite on the back of the prints."
"Ordered a christmas gift item 12/5.
According to the information provided on snapfish's website it should have shipped in 5-7 business days (no later than 12/14), and should have been delivered within 3-5 business days (no later than 12/21). Because the item was a gift I took the additional step of confirming the processing time with snapfish.
Just prior to Christmas when most retailers excel at speedy delivery, snapfish took till the 19th (almost a full week extra) to ship and was unable to provide tracking information on my package. I did not receive the package in time for the holidays.
Contacting Snapfish to resolve this issue has proven nearly impossible, there is a several day lag on their email reponses, I could find no phone numbers on their website, and web searches contained disconnected phone numbers. Eventually I had an HP (snapfishes parent company) rep give me a number only to find it was repeatedly busy. When I was able to get through (and hold for perhaps ten minutes), the representative I spoke with was unable to help me.
The only meaningful respone that I have got thus far was a callback from HP's BBB representative, though I expect their accounting department will contact me regaurding the chargeback I filed (my first ever).
I will not do business with snapfish again now would I reccomend it to anyone - as they have proven they are incapible of handling online orders."
"This is the worst company to deal with digital pictures.
Ordered my digital prints to use on my college Final project on 12/7/04.
Took them freaking 9 DAYS to process this thing.
Looks like they shipped out today (12/16/04) and tomorrow is my Final.
Looks like they fvcked me over and i would not pass the course."
"Sent them 7 film rolls for developing. They held my films for an entire month, did not return my emails, did not show any order status indication at all through their site. I thought my films were lost in the mail and started asking the USPS how I could locate my films through their lost and found department. Finally Snapfish sent all my rolls back undeveloped saying that it was a credit card problem. Whereas I use the same card day-in day-out with many online and brick and mortar merchants and have checked, rechecked and triple checked the card info on file with them shortly after placing the order and hearing nothing from them. Subsequent emails result in no reply whatsoever other than an autoresponder that says they'll reply in 1 or 2 days, which of course they don't. They used to be good a while back. Their service is now unbelievably horrible; more accurately put, it is actually nonexistent. I would absolutely stay away from Snapfish and would never trust my films with them under any circumstances. They should be shut down."
"Ordered 72 pics got a second set of 5x7s that cost $30 and they send me 72 pictures in 5x7 of the same picture, they make it very hard to do a return stay away from snapfish go with shutterfly etc"
