"I've been a Ehit member for a few years now. I must say they use to have a 1 day turn around time for all rentals/returns (I'm approx. 30 miles from there Sunnyvale distribution center). They had a large selection of Asian movies, and constantly recieved new ones. But about a year or so ago, everything slowed down. New movies came rarely, turn around time now for me is 2-3 business days and I almost never get any of the newer movies on my rental queue. I've since lowered my plan to 2 movies at a time instead of 4. Getting two movies in each envelope is nice, but you must make sure you have atleast 2 availble movies in your rental queue or they wont ship. There advance return feature is really nice, and more benefiical for members further away from the distribution center. They still have a large selection of Asian movies but getting less new inventory now then they use to."

"Ordered some bulk batteries which they had in the bargain bin. Shipping took about 2 weeks, but they did state that upfront with my order. Packing of order was not the best but my package arrived all in one piece. They accept Paypal which is always a plus."

"I ordered a large number of Wine Racks for a restaurant display. Sent the sales dept an email for a bulk order discount, and received a reply within a few days with a direct link with an invoice! They gave me a nice % savings, plus free shipping. Order arrived a few days later perfectly! Huge selection of inventory, and customer service department was very responsive to me. Great site."

"Great prices on generic ink cartridges. Free shipping for orders over $50 (sales tax for CA though). Order shipped next day and received 4 days later. Cartridges work great, identical to OEM or possibly even better at a fraction of the cost. Look for coupons to make the deals even better."

"Ordered a phone and never received the package. Checked tracking number and it was supposedly delivered on March 9th. I had the package sent to my work address where we have a receptionist present during all normal working hours. Contacted support, basically said it was delivered so they won’t do anything. Support was not willing to help or work with me on this at all. Even stated that 'maybe the postman sent the order to your house'? How could they have if they had put the correct address (my work addy) on the label? No refund, no replacement...so I'm out 100 bucks.
Update: 15 October 2009
I started to get a few emails from focal price customer service to resolve the issue i had. Originally they offered a few % discounts on my next order, but finally in the end offered to refund the full price for my order (minus PayPal fee). Just got the credit to my account. Seems like Focalprice is working to improve there customer service."

"I absolutely LOVE ARTSCOW! Fantastic site. I will never order from shutterfly or snapfish again after finding Artscow. My most recent order was placed on the morning of feb 19th, they shipped later that same day! Received on feb 25th! Please note this company is located in Hong Kong. Shipping is extremely fast considering this, and is still faster then most local domestic ground shipping. Quality of prints is amazing! Site has tons of options for personalized items. I have lots of free prints from past orders and codes/coupons, so my print total was actually free, but I paid 11 bucks for shipping of 19 5x7's, 20 4x6's and 5 8x10's. Incredible price and fantastic quality of photos. I'll be putting the pictures into frames tonight! Can not praise this site enough. Will definitely order from again."
