Though I can say that I have a snore app and have been monitoring my snoring before the SnoreRx and I can tell you, my snoring has gone from an average of an hour with no device, to 7 to 9 minutes of snoring with SnoreRx. That is amazing. This is with my device set at only 3. The only negatives I have is, wishing they had a smaller mouth piece for small mouthed people such as I.
