"After finding the proper adjustment setting I could not be more satisfied. No longer do I awake 15 times through the night as I have for years. As an added bonus I now no longer grind my teeth or clinch my jaw like a vice during sleep. This has proved beneficial and completely eliminated that aggravating jaw pop I used to experience so often. My wife has expresed her appreciation as well for she to can now sleep soundly.

Thank you for a wonderful product.

One thing I would like to mention though is the 90 second recomendation for insersion into boiling water may have been a bit much. The mouth piece got so hot that it has made making adjustments difficult. Also when I bit down to set it I pert near went through the moldable rubber.

"The directions are clear for setting it up and it fit wonderfully. I tried wearing it while awake to get used to it being in my mouth. However, the holes for mouth breathing are too small and I found it sometimes creates a vacuum and I have to use my tongue to break the suction. The thought is a bit frightening to have that happening while sleeping. The adjustments are nice though a bit difficult, but with some effort I found a comfortable position. Still, not happy about the suction."

"The Snorerx mouth guard arrived promptly. Instructions for set-up were easy to follow. As indicated in the instructions, some jaw pain is to be expected as you begin to use Snorerx, but the results are well worth the initial discomfort. I've been using Snorerx for a few weeks now and I'm sleeping better than I have in a long, long time. I awake without pain in my neck and shoulders and my husband is sleeping well as a result of my reduced snoring. I heartily endorse Snorerx and wish I had found it sooner!"

"The mouthpiece is fine, and the ease of "re-setting" is quite welcome (as i put it in upside down the first time i set it). I got a snoring clock app (name not mentioned in case thats not allowed but you should be able to figure it out from just what i called it) for my phone that measures/records you at night. At the default 3mm setting, it didnt work, so i bumped it up to 5mm. This worked, but seemed to make my jaw hurt more than i thought it should. I knew that it would provide a bit of discomfort and possibly take a week to get used to. I have bumped it back down to 4mm and this still prevents my snoring. I havent decided yet wether it is going to give me continuous jaw discomfort or not. "
