"while trying to make the adjustment after molding the mouth piece I could not make the adjustment past slot 2.5 because seems like once the mouth piece has melted then cooled enough and locked it in place. However, big issue with cost for having it delivered to the EU. About 40 dollars for shipping costs and another 45 euros in terms of tax to the authorities in Belgium raised the total cost to roughly 200 US dollars - double its price. Alternative ways of serving the EU market need to be found. Don't know whether I would buy again because of this extra cost that doubles the cost of the product. "My partner and I were relieved and pleasantly surprised by how immediately my snore beast was tamed by this product!
