"The mouth guard isn't easily or fully able to be adjusted. I did not move it before molding either. The real issue is that the molding process, while straight forward, wasn't effective in producing a snug fitting mold. I have trouble keeping the mouth guard in my mouth throughout the night and often wake up not knowing where in the bed it is. Sadly I haven't been successful in lessening this embarrassing snoring and my girlfriend has to suffer through yet another failed attempt. "

"The "uppers" deformed in the hot water so I couldn't get a good impression but worse really was the terrible, dry, raw sore throat I had when I woke up at 4am. It might be OK if I could close my lips over the thing and breathe thru my nose but it seems it wasnt designed for that. Disappointing. "
