"Love the product, company was slow to ship (they had a backorder situation, so it wasn't just laziness). I also made the mistake of selecting the cheapest shipping method, which is the FedEx/USPS joint delivery service, which added another 8 days to the delivery time.

I was only disappointed because I was not updated that my order would not be shipped because of the backorder. After waiting 3 days for a confirmation of shipment, I contacted them and they explained the situation. They said they would try and ship my order the next day, but it ended up being another 4 days (two of which were a weekend) before the order actually left their facility."

It takes at least a week to adjust sleeping with it so I started off with an hour and adding more time until I was somewhat comfortable with it through an entire night.
