"The packaging, instructions and website claim that the SnoreRX does not retain heat after putting in boiling water. It sure does retain heat! I would like to see the instructions altered to allow for some time to cool off, understanding that the molding needs to occur quickly. However it was very hot! Also the written instructions in the packaging and the video instructions are different. Which one is correct?"
