"Did not snore the first night after using the instrument for the first time. Jaw was not sore in the morning and it wasn't that bad wearing it through the entire night. The only thing that I was not happy with is that after boiling in hot water, doing the bite impressions and then placing into a bowl of ice water. After removing the device from the ice water it was very hard to adjust with the different settings. I was able to set my snore guard to 4mm after a while which seems to work fine for me. Other than that satisfied."
