"Once I softened the mouthpiece in boiling water, the piece was too big to fit correctly in my mouth, and as a result, it set at a crooked angle. I tried to make it work for two nights, but was so uncomfortable that i reboiled it as the directions say, and tried to remold it a second time. The material shifted around and set crooked a second time. I tried everything to make it work and even resorted to trimming the excess edges off which didn't make it better either. It was a very disappointing experience as I ended up throwingit away. I would like to have my money back."

"Fitting/Moulding the mouth-piece was easy however I did redo it a couple of times to ensure the mound was the most comfortable. The bottom jaw adjustment is crucial and I have tried several position until I got it just right for my mouth. For the first three nights it felt foreign and could only use it for a few hours. However once I got used to the mouthpiece and also sleeping on my side and stomach (as opposed to my back which is the way I've always slept) I have been having a deeper more restful sleep and more importantly my partner has been able to have a full nights sleep as well. My partner is extremely pleased (and relieved) that SnoreRX is such an effective treatment. Everything else I've tried - foam gels/nose clips have been only moderately successful. I would prefer not to use anything however for the sake of my relationship- and health - SnoreRX is a treatment I'd recommend."

"Too lose. Tried to contact the company phone numbers and got disconnected signal. There are two numbers - one with the order and one with the bank statement. Neither worked. There was no way to contact the company on the website.

When it is this difficult to reach an organization it appears that they do not want to interact with clients. I have had the bank reverse the charge for the device. It is boxed and can be returned at any time if the company will provide contact and address information."

"It only works when it stays in your mouth, when if wears done
it won't stay in place all night. I already need another one but
at $100.00 it may be a good gig for your company, as long as

"it helped my snoring. still snore but not near as loud as without it in. that in my opinion makes it worthwhile because it has really cut down on the noise level according to my wife. that counts with me."

"This device looks to be well made, but it has one huge design flaw. When you heat it to take the impression, the impression material "overflows", jamming the adjustment mechanism. This renders the device useless. I suggest they go back to the drawing board. . ."

"Followed the instructions on fitting the mouth piece. I tried to adjust it and found that the upper and lower parts could not be moved. Contacted SoreRx by email and was advised to ship the product back at my expense and that they would send a new one again at my expense. I was advised that they use FedEx and that it was too expensive for them to pick up the shipping costs. I already paid $30.00 dollars for shipping and am not willing to pay extra because I received a defective product. I will be returning the snorerx for a refund."
