"I heated the device twice (1 week interval), and I think it is well adapted to my teeth. However, it is still very painful. Generally, I wake up 2 or 3 hours after falling asleep and I have to remove it because I have the impression it pushes too much on my top teeth. I also have a strange impression the day after.
I also find it too big. I’m used to close my mouth to sleep, and with the devices, I can’t close the mouth and the lips anymore. This means I salivate a lot at the beginning and wake up with a dry mouth.
I stopped using it for 2 weeks because I caught a cold and had the nose blocked. However I’m still using it at the beginning of the night hoping I will adapt.
Today, I still don’t know if it improves the quality of my sleep. I’m still tired in the morning. But it is true that I still spend most of the night without it."

"Wore the device for two weeks. My wife said that I was still snoring. The device was bulky and unpleasant to wear. I think if they offered a smaller device for smaller mouths it might work.

Also, adjusting the Snorerx was difficult and the directions were not clear at all.

"This is my second purchase. I will now have one at home and one at our beach house. My doctor wanted me tested a couple of years ago for sleep apnea because my wife complained to him that I snored. The catch was that if I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, the doctor could no longer prescribe a certain medication I was taking. He said his malpractice insurance would not allow it. I ordered my first Snorerx shortly thereafter and it worked immediately. My wife no longer complains. I've been using it approximately 2 years now and I do not snore any longer unless I don't use it. "Wife says I still snore, but it is considerably less. My lower jaw relaxes and ultimately opens so the device is only attached to the upper teeth, then the chain saw starts up. I am a mouth breather however so this may have something to do with it. I'm thinking of duct tape around my head and jaw while wearing the device, but am afraid I'll not wake up. Otherwise it seems to work. I received my order minus the black handle (the space was empty in the box), but I do not see it in use on the web site, just in the picture of the device and the benefits description section."
