"I will be returning this device. Never had TM joint problems prior to using it. After two nights, my left TMJ was extremely sore, inflamed. I could hardly open my mouth and chewing was really painful. It has been over two weeks since using the device and my jaw is still not back to normal. It is a mouthful and induces a strong gag reflex."

Only Somewhat satisfied, because the design is too big for my mouth, even with molding my slim bite feels uncomfortable. Might only be a personal issue. I wish they were offering different sizes and something like a "bite chart" to select the right fit.

"The device came quickly and the instructions to mold it for my mouth were good. I wasn't sure what size to order since there was no "size chart". Since I bought large mouth pieces in the past, that is the size I ordered. The device seems too big, but I'm not sure if the small would be the correct size either. My top jaw protrudes out farther than my lower jaw and the device does not adjust to accommodate this - so I only wear it every other night to every other second night. I have thought about turning it "upside down", but have not tried that yet. Otherwise, when I do use it, it prevents me from snoring - which my husband appreciates."

"I followed all your pre use instructions and used the appliance for three nights with little effect on my snoring.In fact, the upper tray keeps coming loose from my teeth and the snoring is intensified.
